Tonight, I painted a character featuring Robert De Niro. I used his eyes, the rest randomly fell into place.This is painted on a 7x5 in. canvas board using oil as a medium. After living with it for a few days, like many of my paintings, some touching up may be in order. Sometimes the ticket to a good painting is knowing when to stop.
